A small oasis where you can find reinvented traditional recipes
La Masía is an emblematic space and we have thought of generating a proposal based on two packs. One of them consists of three varieties of Spanish wines and sparkling wines and the other one, the gastronomic pack. This consists of an appetizer where you can enjoy a montadito of ham, a croquette of meat from Perol and a cod fritter. And then a Russian salad of desalted cod snout, calf at low temperature and finally a chuco of grilled cream.
